Privacy Policy

Version 1, effective July 1, 2026

Last updated: July 2026

VisPR ("we", "us") is a free weightlifting tracker built by SoloBuild LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep this simple because the app is simple.

What we collect

  • Account identifier: if you choose to sign in, we receive a basic identifier and email address from your Apple or Google account. Signing in is optional — the app works fully without an account.
  • Workout data: the workouts, exercises, and sets you log, plus app preferences (like your unit and favorites).
  • Minimal technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. a device/session token).

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use it for advertising.
  • We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf.

How we use it

  • To provide the app and, if you sign in, to sync your data across your devices.

Where it's stored

  • On your device, and — if you sign in — on our servers so it can sync. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS).

Your choices

  • Export: you can export all your data as a CSV at any time from Settings.
  • Delete: you can permanently delete your account and all synced data at any time from Settings. You can also simply not sign in.

Children

  • VisPR is a general-audience app and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Contact

Location (gym tagging)

If you allow location access, VisPR uses your location once at the start of a workout to suggest and tag which gym you're at. Gyms you save (a name plus map coordinates) are stored with your account and synced to your devices, and a tagged workout stores that gym's name. Location is never tracked in the background, never used for advertising, and never shared or sold. The feature is optional: deny or revoke location permission at any time and it simply stays off. On Android, first-time gym suggestions are looked up via OpenStreetMap using approximate coordinates; no account information is sent with that lookup.

Health data (body weight & composition)

If you allow it, VisPR can read your body weight and body composition (body-fat percentage and lean mass) from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to track progress toward a body-weight goal. This access is optional and requested only when you turn it on; VisPR reads nothing until you grant it, and you can revoke it at any time in the Health app. Weigh-ins you save or import are stored with your account and synced to your devices so your goal stays consistent. VisPR also continues to write completed workouts to Apple Health / Health Connect if you enable that. Your health data is never used for advertising and never shared or sold.
