Terms of Service

By using VisPR you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

  • VisPR is provided free of charge, "as is," to help you log and track workouts.

Your account

  • Signing in is optional. If you do, you're responsible for the security of the account you sign in with (Apple or Google). Keep your device secure.

Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Community content

  • If you're signed in, you can share templates, backgrounds and rest sounds with other VisPR users. Only share content you made yourself or have the right to share.
  • No objectionable content and no abusive behavior. That means nothing sexual or nude, hateful, harassing, violent or threatening, illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights. The same rules apply to messages you send in Ideas and Bug Report.
  • Every submission is reviewed before anyone else can see it. We can decline or remove any submission, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
  • If you see something that breaks these rules, use Report on it, or block the person who shared it so you no longer see anything they submit. You can also email contact@solobuild.app. We review reports promptly.
  • You keep ownership of what you share. By sharing it, you give SoloBuild LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display and distribute it in VisPR, and to resize or compress it for that purpose. You can withdraw a submission at any time; copies other users have already added to their own app stay with them.

Your data

  • Your workout data is yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings.

No warranty

  • The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own backups (that's what Export is for).

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloBuild LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. VisPR is a tracking tool, not medical or fitness advice — consult a professional before starting any exercise program.

Termination

  • You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or these terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes

  • We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
